Where Antiques, Yard Sales, and Concerts Collide!

Madisonville is gearing up for an action-packed weekend on June 28th, 29th, and 30th! With three exciting events lined up, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. From treasure hunting at the West KY Antique & Vintage Market to scoring deals at the Highway 41 Yardsale, and ending the days with live music at 4th Fest, this weekend promises to be one for the books.

West KY Antique & Vintage Market

Calling all antique enthusiasts and vintage lovers! The West Kentucky Antique & Vintage Market will be held in Madisonville at the West Kentucky Archery Complex on June 28th and 29th. Hopkins County Tourist and Convention Commission is proud to host the event and showcase quality antique and vintage dealers from across the region. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or a casual browser, you’re sure to discover something special at this must-visit event.

 “There will be a wide variety of items available for shoppers, including vintage advertising, collectibles, fine antiques, country store items, vintage goods, glassware, and more,” said Colbi Ferguson, Hopkins County Tourist and Convention Commission Communications Director. 

The West Kentucky Antique & Vintage market will be open free to the public. “With price points for all budgets, we invite you to come out and shop!” said Ferguson.

Held rain or shine as vendor spaces will be located indoors. The event will take place from 8 am to 3 pm on Friday, June 28th, and from 8 am to 3 pm on Saturday, June 29th. Highway 41 Yardsale

Treasures abound for two full days along Highway 41! Make plans now to travel from north or south along Highway 41 to visit hundreds of booths selling anything that you can imagine! This annual event features countless vendors offering everything from household items and clothing to antiques and crafts. Experience 150 miles of shopping, snacking, and sightseeing through Western Kentucky along US Highway 41 in Henderson, Webster, Hopkins,  Christian and Todd Counties! Grab your shopping bags and hit the road for a day of thrifting, haggling, and uncovering hidden gems at every turn.

Hopkins County cities along the route include Hanson, Madisonville, Earlington, Mortons Gap, Nortonville, and Nebo. Residents who live on or own property along Highway 41 or 41-A are encouraged to hold sales.

“There’s no fee to participate,” Noel said. “All you have to do is set out tables and set up a yard sale.” People who don’t live along the route but wish to hold a sale should not set up in parking lots or other properties they don’t own without asking the owners’ permission.

4th Fest – Free Outdoor Concert Series

End your evenings on a high note with 4th Fest, Madisonville’s free outdoor concert series. Gather your friends and family, pack your lawn chairs or blankets, and head to Madisonville City Park for 3 nights of live music. June 28th is country night with performances by Tracy Lawrence, Chris Knight, and KY Dom. The lineup on June 29th features stars from the 90’s including Treach (of Naughty by Nature), Digital Underground, and DJ BORN! Wrapping up the weekend is Praise in the Park on Sunday, June 30th with music by Cain, Consumed by Fire, and Dustin Scarbrough! The City will also have a fireworks show after the FREE July 4th Madisonville Miners baseball game at Elmer Kelley Stadium!

It is FREE to attend and will feature world-class concerts, food trucks, various vendors, a beer garden (Friday & Saturday only), and fun for the entire family.
