The FREE 2024 Fall Downtown Window Painting event is getting ready to take over downtown!!! Downtown turns into a one-of-a-kind spooky gallery with children’s paintings lining Main St. and beyond! Take a drive or a stroll and find your favorite! The paintings are up through the end of October, however, they are exposed to the elements, so rain showers may impact the paintings. It is once again time for our annual photography contest at Pennyrile Forest State Resort Park. The contest will be held October 18-20, 2024. Josh Morgan will be volunteering as our speaker and judge. We will be giving out plaques for our Best in Show, and 1st and 2nd place in each category. Price is $35 the week of the contest, but if you sign up early online you get a $5 discount!
