Get ready, Hopkins County. One of the most anticipated foodie events of the year is back!
The 5th Annual Great Restaurant Race is returning this April, inviting residents and visitors to explore the incredible local dining scene across Hopkins County. The challenge is simple: Dine at 12 different Hopkins County restaurants during the month of April. Save your receipts. Submit them through the official race form. Finish the race and win a prize!
And this year, we are raising the stakes! Every finisher will receive a prize. One lucky participant will win Food for a Year, which includes $50 gift cards to each of the 12 restaurants they submitted. That is a $600 value.
With 110 restaurants across Hopkins County, including 55 locally owned, non-chain eateries, there are endless opportunities to try something new or revisit an old favorite.
This is not about being first. It is not about speed. Participants have the entire month of April to complete the race at their own pace.
The Great Restaurant Race is hosted by the Hopkins County Tourist and Convention Commission as a way to celebrate our local restaurants and encourage the community to support local businesses.
