Two Summer Weekends Worth The Drive To Madisonville, KY.
If your ideal summer weekend includes treasure hunting through antiques, discovering roadside bargains, listening to live music under the stars, and finding a reason to stay just a little longer, Madisonville belongs on your summer calendar.
This year, two completely different weekends are turning Madisonville into one of Western Kentucky’s most unexpected summer road trip destinations.

June 26–27: Antiques, Vintage Finds & Treasure Hunting
Treasure hunters, collectors and bargain lovers should make plans now for the annual Highway 41 Yard Sale and the West Kentucky Antique & Vintage Market…both happening on June 26–27!
Stretching through five western Kentucky counties, the Highway 41 Yard Sale has become a favorite summer tradition for flea market fans, antique hunters and roadside treasure seekers. Along the route through Hopkins County, shoppers can explore sales in Hanson, Madisonville, Earlington, Mortons Gap, Nortonville and Nebo while searching for hidden gems, vintage décor, collectibles and unexpected bargains.
Right in the middle of the action, the West Kentucky Antique & Vintage Market at the West Kentucky Archery Complex brings together quality antique and vintage dealers from across the region. Shoppers can browse vintage advertising, fine antiques, glassware, country store items, collectibles and one-of-a-kind finds all under one roof.
The Antique Market is free to attend and takes place Friday, June 26 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday, June 27 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Whether you’re filling your trunk with antiques, hunting for rare collectibles or simply enjoying the thrill of the search, this is the kind of weekend made for road trips.

July 3–5: 4th Fest Takes Over Madisonville
The next weekend, Madisonville shifts into full celebration mode during 4th Fest & Praise in the Park, the region’s largest free three-day outdoor music festival.
