What Is the West Kentucky Antique & Vintage Market?
The West KY Antique & Vintage Market is a curated indoor market featuring dealers from across the region selling antiques, vintage décor, collectibles, and one-of-a-kind finds. The venue is 18,000 sq ft, and we are busting at the seams!
Event Schedule:
Friday, June 26 | 8 AM – 5 PM (Doors will open right at 8 AM. No early shoppers.)
Saturday, June 27 | 8 AM – 3 PM
Event Location:
The West KY Archery Complex is located at 3100 Grapevine Rd, Madisonville, KY.
From I-69 (Pennyrile Parkway):
Take Exit 111 (Grapevine Rd/KY-281). Turn onto Grapevine Rd and continue for about 1 mile. The West KY Archery Complex will be on your left.
From Downtown Madisonville:
Head north on Main Street (US-41). Turn right onto Grapevine Rd (KY-281) and continue for a few miles. The complex will be on your right.
Once you get close, just follow event signage for parking and entry.

Every booth is different, but you can expect a mix of:

💬 Is this event free?
Yes! Free to get in the door. We can’t promise you won’t spend money once you’re inside, though!!
💬 Will the event happen if it rains?
No worries about the weather, the market is fully indoors, air conditioned, and happening rain or shine.
💬 Do I need cash? Do dealers accept other payments?
Many of our vendors accept cards, but not all. Cash is always your safest bet and can sometimes make transactions quicker and easier.
💬 Where should I park?
There is plenty of FREE public parking on-site. There is also trailer parking on-site.
💬 Will there be food on-site?
Yes! The West KY Archery Complex will be operating the concession stand during the event.
💬 Highway 41 Yard Sale?
The Highway 41 Yard Sale is the same weekend, but if you’d rather not spend all day driving, our market brings a large group of quality dealers together in one convenient spot!
💬 Can I bring children?
Absolutely. Kids can participate in our Jr. Picker Passport challenge and receive a prize after completing their checklist.
💬 Can I bring a wagon or cart?
Yes! Wagons and shopping carts are welcome and can make it easier to transport purchases.

Dress for the hunt. This isn’t a quick in-and-out kind of event. You’ll be walking, browsing, and digging. Wear comfortable shoes, dress for the weather, and be ready to spend a few hours exploring.
Bring a Way to Haul Your Finds
If you’ve been before, you already know… things add up fast. A wagon, cart, or even a helpful friend can make a big difference when you’re juggling multiple treasures.
If You Love It… Buy It
This is the golden rule of vintage shopping. Most items are one-of-a-kind, and if you walk away, there’s a good chance it won’t be there when you come back.
Take Your Time and Have Fun
Part of the experience is the hunt. Talk to vendors, dig through booths, and enjoy the stories behind the pieces. You never know what you’ll find.
Come Early (Trust Us)
We’re not just saying it… the early crowd gets the good stuff. Friday morning is prime time, and some of the best pieces won’t make it past the first few hours.
Bring a Wagon (or a Strong Friend)
You might come for “just one thing”… but that’s rarely how it goes. Furniture, crates, signs, Pyrex, you name it… it adds up quickly. A wagon or cart will save your arms and your sanity.
Make a Day of It
Plan to stay awhile. Grab lunch, take a break, and go back in for round two. Sometimes the best finds happen on your second pass.
Dig a Little
Not everything is sitting front and center. Some of the best finds are tucked behind, under, or in the middle of a booth. Take your time, look closely, and don’t be afraid to dig a little.

Our vendors know their stuff and love what they do. If you’re looking for something specific, ask. There’s a good chance they either have it, know where to find it, or have a story to go with it.
