Madisonville, KY— The Hopkins County Tourist & Convention Commission is excited to announce the launch of Local Sip: Hopkins County Coffee Crawl, a month-long celebration of the county’s vibrant local coffee scene. The event runs October 20 – November 16, 2025, and invites residents and visitors to explore and savor unique signature drinks at 10 participating coffee shops across Hopkins County.
Each shop has created a special $5 Signature Sip for the event. Participants can pick up a Sip Passport at participating shops to track their visits, and each time they purchase a Local Sip drink, the shop will initial their passport. Completed passports can be turned in at any participating shops or at the HCTCC office for an exclusive prize and entry into the Coffee Lovers Giveaway Basket, featuring goodies from participating shops.
In addition, coffee lovers can vote for their Favorite Sip of Hopkins County, helping crown the county’s top coffee creation of 2025.
“Local Sip is a celebration of our amazing local coffee shops and the creativity of our baristas,” said Colbi Ferguson, Marketing Director for the Hopkins County Tourist & Convention Commission. “We want to encourage residents and visitors to explore the county, support local businesses, and enjoy the cozy flavors of fall while sipping their way through Hopkins County.”
