Mayor Kevin Cotton said, “As Mayor, I am thrilled to announce the exciting lineup for this year’s 4th Fest and Praise in the Park. With three nights of diverse music, including country, hip hop, and praise and worship, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. This lineup truly reflects the vibrancy and diversity of our community, and I’m confident that these concerts will bring lots of fun and excitement to all who attend.”

With 13M albums sold and 18 No.1 singles, Tracy Lawrence has been a County music icon for over thirty years. Yet even as he continues to release music and tour, the CMA and ACM award winner’s ambitions have also extended to numerous media and charity projects. In recent years, Lawrence has hosted the radio show Honky Tonkin’ with Tracy Lawrence, which currently airs in more than 170 markets. His interest in working with younger artists and being able to explore different topics led to the TL’s Road House podcast, which has featured such guests as HARDY, Jelly Roll, and Lainey Wilson.

After 23 years as a recording artist, singer-songwriter Chris Knight remains boldly empowered to make music that always delivers the unflinching truth. In fact, the man raised in Slaughters, Kentucky, uses a simple, direct barometer to regularly check his muse: “If I can’t believe myself, I won’t sing the song.”

That brutally honest and no-frills philosophy has earned Knight praise from publications such as The New York Times (“the last of a dying breed…a taciturn loner with an acoustic guitar and a college degree”) and USA Today (“a storyteller in the best traditions of Mellencamp and Springsteen”), to name a few. Like his beloved Prine, whom Knight duets with on Prine’s chestnut “Mexican Home,” the cut that closes Almost Daylight, Knight fits comfortably in Texas honky-tonks, downtown Nashville venues, and cool Manhattan rock clubs.

It’s no wonder that Knight has single-handedly scraped a reputation as one of America’s most uncompromising and respected singer-songwriters through 23 years and nine studio albums. He’s done this minus fanfare and artifice. The native son of Slaughters, Kentucky (population: 238) only sings songs he believes. He also speaks only when he has a potent message.

“If I don’t have something worth saying, I’m not opening my mouth. I haven’t suited everybody, but every time I get a new fan, it tells me I’m doing something right. I think all my records have set a precedent, if only for me, at the very least. I just want people to think the latest one stands up to everything else I’ve done.”

Treach is the frontman of the multi-platinum-selling rap trio Naughty by Nature, which took the world by storm in the early 90’s. Treach worked with fellow group members Vin Rock and DJ Kay Gee. Sometimes, he would share verses on songs with Vin Rock, but often, especially on the group’s earlier albums, Treach would be the sole performer on the song. Naughty by Nature pulled off the neat trick of landing big, instantly catchy anthems on the pop charts while maintaining street-level credibility among the hardcore rap faithful, one of the first groups to perform such a balancing act. Discovered by Queen Latifah, Naughty by Nature are probably best known for their massive international hit song, “O.P.P,” which was released in 1991 off their self-titled second offering, “Naughty by Nature.” The song peaked at #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 Chart. “Hip-Hop Hooray” was another hit song, and Spike Lee directed the video. The group’s second album also spawned the hit song “Everything’s Gonna be Allright.” The group released their third and fourth albums, which peaked at #1 on the R&B/Hip-Hop Charts and produced hit singles that kept the group’s popularity high. Their album “Poverty’s Paradise” garnered the group a Grammy Award in 1996 for ‘Best Rap Album.’

Treach continues to tour with Naughty by Nature, movies, and reality television. He recently appeared on VH-1’s Couples Therapy Season 5 with his wife, Cicely Criss, in 2014. Treach has been on WE TV’s Growing Up Hip for the last five seasons, supporting his oldest daughter, Egypt Criss, a cast member. In 2020, Treach produced and starred in the intense and controversial movie Equal Standards with long-term friend Ice T, the movie’s executive producer. Treach plays a very dark character, Brother X, a Muslim assassin in Carl Weber’s The Family Business on BET Plus.

Digital Underground is a Grammy-nominated multi-platinum American hip hop group. This Legendary act is best known for their hits “The Humpty Dance,” “Same Song,” “Freaks Of The Industry,” “Kiss U back,” “Doowutchyalike”, and “I Get Around,” with Tupac Shakur. The group is noted for introducing Tupac Shakur to the music/entertainment industry in 1991. Digital Underground is widely recognized for its unique contributions to hip-hop music and for possessing one of the genre’s best live performances.

Money B, a co-founder of the group, is noted as having one of the most recognizable voices in hip-hop. He has collaborated and helped sell hundreds of millions of records with Tupac, Bone Thugs N Harmony, Raw Fusion, Ne-Yo, Ice Cube, George Clinton, The Luniz, Public Enemy, and more! Chris Clarke, aka Young Hump is the protégé of Shock G and the newest member of Digital Underground. In the Tupac Shakur biopic “All Eyez On Me” Money B plays himself, and Chris Clarke plays the role of Shock G/Humpty Hump. Collectively, they represent Digital Underground in the film. Musically, they have formed to become the official touring and recording representation of Digital Underground.

CAIN quickly became a household name since their debut single, the RIAA Gold® certified “Rise Up (Lazarus),” was released in early 2020. Raised in Hartselle, Alabama, as pastor’s kids and now residing in Nashville, the sibling trio comprised of Madison Cain Johnson, Taylor Cain Matz, and Logan Cain, got their first break opening for Dave Barnes and Andrew Ripp at a show in 2012. Since then, the Sony Music/Provident Entertainment award-winning act has released four projects and shared the stage with artists such as TobyMac, Zach Williams, and Casting Crowns while also performing on the famed stages of The Grand Ole Opry, Red Rocks Amphitheatre, and Ryman Auditorium.

In their career to date, they’ve won a K-LOVE Fan Award for Top Breakout Single “Rise Up (Lazarus)” and have been nominated for an American Music Award (AMA) and Billboard Music Award. CAIN also received multiple nods for the 2022 and 2023 GMA Dove Awards for Best New Artist, Pop/Contemporary Album, and Best Recorded Music Packaging for Rise Up and Christmas/Special Event Album for Wonderful.

CAIN broke records when they achieved back-to-back No. 1’s on radio with their first two singles, “Rise Up (Lazarus)” and “Yes He Can,” both songs from their debut album Rise Up. Additionally, their single “I’m So Blessed” became a viral success on social media. To date, more than 100,000 people (and counting) have created their own videos using the music of “I’m So Blessed,” accounting for more than 500M additional views on social media. Their following across all social media platforms has grown by 200% since the first clip went viral in August of 2022. As a result of this success, the song took off on streaming platforms leading to 21 consecutive weeks of more than 1M streams to start 2023. To date, the song has more than 64M streams. Following Rise Up and Wonderful, their worship EP Honest Offering was released in 2022 followed by Jesus Music in 2023, all captivating listeners across the globe. Their current radio single, “Any More,” continues to climb the Christian music charts and opens 2024 in the Top 10.

In 2023, the group debuted their reality TV show “Chasing CAIN,” the first original series produced exclusively for the TBN app. They also hosted the K-LOVE Fan Awards in addition to headlining their first tour – CAIN: Live & In Color – during the spring and fall. CAIN kicks off 2024, taking the stage with Crowder at WinterJam ’24 before joining Chris Tomlin on the Holy Forever World Tour in the spring.

It has been said that if you spend five minutes with the members of CAIN, you’ll feel like you’ve spent the afternoon in the sunshine. Their joy spills over onto each person they meet, their bright smiles as contagious as their stunning harmonies. Pouring their joy into their music, CAIN has discovered what it’s like to live their calling while doing their favorite thing – singing about Jesus.

No strangers to the road life, up-and-coming Contemporary Christian Music band Consumed By Fire is living out the name of their band in a brand-new way. Comprised of Caleb Ward (lead vocals), Jordan Ward (harmonies/percussion), and Josh Ward (guitar/harmonies), the three brothers from Oklahoma are living out God’s calling for their lives to share God’s grace far and wide through music. “If it weren’t this form of ministry, if it wasn’t music, it would just be something else. Ministry is what we were born to do,” Caleb says. The band’s sound, heavily influenced by the music they grew up on, is partly thanks to their father’s eclectic taste. Filled with honest truths and the band’s honed musicality, “First Things First,” the band’s current radio single, is evidence of Consumed By Fire’s family bond and the unconditional love of their earthly and heavenly fathers. As their single climbs the radio charts, the band is already receiving media attention with spotlights from KLove and Air1 Radio, praising the band for their “deft lyricism and tight harmonies.” With new music on the horizon and upcoming tour dates, the band is ready for a new, exciting year of music.
