Called the funniest farce ever written, Noises Off presents a manic menagerie as a cast of itinerant actors rehearses a flop called Nothing’s On. Oil Painting Weekend

If you've always wanted to learn how to paint, this is your weekend! Learn the wet-on-wet method of oil painting by creating your very own 16x20 landscape painting. Terry Pazmiño –classical guitar

Classical guitarist Terry Pazmiño Trotta belongs to a generation of virtuosi and composers who demystified European influences and rediscovered the popular music of Latin America. In his youth, he mastered the forms of popular Ecuadorian music, such as the sanjuanto, pasillo, and yumbo, and subsequently went abroad to study classical guitar with three Latin American masters of the instrument: Antonio Lauro, Alirio Díaz, and Alberto Ponce. He has offered the fruits of his labor in the concert halls of 42 countries, including the Sydney Opera House and Carnegie Hall. Tickets: $20 general admission. Shaolin Warriors

First Day Hike

Hikers will meet begin a 3.25 mile hike on the park’s Lake Trail. Wear proper clothing and bring your own water, snacks, and hiking stick. This hike is not recommended for children under the age of 5. Leashed dogs are welcome on the hike. Hiking sticks are available for purchase in the park’s gift shop. The hike is free and will last approximately two hours. To register for the hike contact the park naturalist at rebeccae.clark@ky.gov or 1-800-325-1711.

The Russian National Ballet presents Cinderella

The Russian National Ballet Theatre was founded in Moscow during the transitional period of Perestroika in the late 1980s. Many of the top dancers from across Russia, dedicated to the timeless tradition of classical Russian National Ballet Theatre joined the company. Today, the Russian National Ballet Theatre is its own institution, with over 50 dancers of singular instruction and vast experience.
