Senior Bingo Luncheon

Meet up with friends, eat, and play bingo. Participants must be 50 years old or older, to play bingo. The lunch buffet begins at 11 am and costs $8.50 plus gratuity. Bingo starts at 12:30 pm and is free! Groups of 10 or more need to contact the dining room for advanced seating at 270-797-3421

Birding Hike at Mahr Park at Hidden Hills Farm

Hike on paved trails and soft trails in the 40 acre woods led by Beverly Carrico and Donna Stricklin. Great time to see fall colors and birds returning to winter in the park. Meet at the Welcome Center and wear sturdy boots or shoes, bring water and a snack, and spray for insects. 270-584-9017

Mad City Kidapalooza

Join us in downtown Madisonville, KY for our annual Kidapalooza event. This family-friendly festival includes a wide variety of games, inflatables, entertainment, takeaway crafts, contests, and learning opportunities! "Ensuring the Future of Purple Martins" at Mahr Park

Mahr Park is honored to have Larry Melcher come to share his many years of experience and knowledge setting up and caring for large Purple Martin colonies. Mahr Park is home to a large colony that was established prior to Glema Mahrs' passing in 2009. During this past season, park volunteers began a program to monitor the nests and record activity. Over 45 young martins were fledged this summer. For more information, call 270-584-9017.
